I believe we are all born with amazing potential. Our minds have so much more power than we frequently give them credit for. And, even though we have certain genetic factors, traits and predispositions, the actual expression of these traits is not absolute. The combination of a good healthy living, avoidance of toxins, plus a positive outlook or mindset to become our dominating thoughts can make all the difference.
